Reservation Policy:
Rates are in euro per room per night taxes and service included.
Credit card is required for guaranting your reservation. We reserve the right to preautorize the amount of the first night 7 days before the arrival. In case of the transaction declined we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
Payment in full is due at the Reception at arrival.
The city tax of € 5,50 per person (above the age of 12) per night is not included and will be added to room bill to be paid in cash.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations and/or modifications are FREE OF CHARGE if requested within the terms specified below and should be communicated by e-mail to info@touristhouseduomoflorence.com .
Cancellations/modifications are accepted within 72 hours prior 12 am of the arrival date.
For no show or late cancellation the 1st night amount will be charged as a penalty fee.

Reservations of multiple rooms (2 and above) or 6 and more nights have following cancellation policy:  Cancellations/modifications free of charge are accepted within 14 days prior 12 am of the arrival date.
For not refundable rates your credit card details will be used to process the payment for the reservation at the time of booking.
