Reservation Policy:
Rates are in euro per room per night .
Credit card is required for guaranting your reservation.
Payment in full is due at the Reception.
The city tax of € 5,50 per person per night is not included and will be added to room bill to be paid in cash.

Check in / Check out

 The day of arrival the rooms are available from 14.00  until 20 but you can leave your suitcases in our deposit if you arrive before check-in time.
the day of departure you can use the rooms until 10:00, but if you still want to stay in Florence you can leave your luggage in our store again for free

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations and/or modifications are FREE OF CHARGE if requested within the terms specified below and should be communicated by e-mail info@ilterrazzinosuboboli.it
Cancellations/modifications are accepted within 72 hours prior 12 am of the arrival date.
For no/show or late cancellation the 1st night amount will be charged as penalty fee.
For not refundable rates your credit card details will be used to process the payment for the reservation at the time of booking.
