Check-In/Check-out:

Reception is open everyday from 08.00 a.m. to 06.00 p.m. 

Important!
The arrival time must be necessarily communicated via message or whatsapp at the moment of reservation and / or as soon as you know the arrival time.

Arrivals from 18.00 to 20.00 are possible and there are no extra charge but must be strictly agreed with the structure.
Arrivals from 20.00 to 24.00 are possible but there are extra charge and must be agreed with the structure.
Arrivals after 24.00 are possible with an extra charge of € 50 and must be agreed with the property.

The Arrival day rooms will be ready for occupancy from 02.00 p.m., if you arrive earlier you can store your bags in our deposit. The check-out day you can use the room until 11.00 a.m. and then store again your bags in our deposit if you want to spend more hours in Florence.

Payment Information:

Rates are in Euro per Room per Night. 
The City Tax of Euro 5,50 per Person per Night is Not Included in the Room Rate and paid directly to the B&B in Cash.

Credit card is required only as guarantee your reservation.
No charges are made before your arrival.

Payment will be done at the moment of departure. You'll pay in advance only if you'll book a Prepaid Not Refundable room.

Cancellation Policy: 

Cancellations and/or modifications are FREE OF CHARGE if requested within the terms specified (3 days before the arrival date) and should be comunicated by e-mail at info@lastelladorofirenze.com otherwise you'll be charged of the total amount of the reservation.

In case of no show, late cancellation, check-in a day later or check-out a day earlier the total amount of the reservation will be charged as penalty fee.

For reservations of small groups and for particular dates the management reserves the right to require advance payment of a deposit to guarantee your booking and provide a cancellation policy different than the default which will be communicated at the moment of the reservation.
