Reservation Policy:
Rates are in euro per room per night, vat included.
Only the Florence city tax  is not included and will be added to room bill to be paid in cash. Credit card is required for guaranting your reservation. Payment in full is due at the Reception.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations and/or modifications are FREE OF CHARGE if requested within the terms specified below and should be comunicated by e-mail to info@hotelferruccifirenze.it
Cancellations/modifications are accepted within 72 hours prior 12 am of the arrival date.
For no/show or late cancellation the 1st night amount will be charged as penalty fee.

Note:
For not refundable reservations Invoices must be requested at the same moment and all necessary
data must be communicated.
