Check In:
As we do not have a reception desk, we do ask our guests to communicate their arriving time in advance.  The lack of this information may cause you to wait before checking in. 

 CHECK IN is NOT allowed after 11 pm

Check Out:
Check out time is 10.30 am , NO later. 

Payment:
THE PAYMENT HAS TO BE MADE AT THE CHECK IN TIME.

Reservation Policy:
Breakfast will be served at the cafeteria "Dolce Morso", close to the B&B. 

You can reserve it for 4,50 € per person per day. 

Credit card is required as a guarantee of your reservation.
The full payment will be asked at the check in.
The local city tax of € 5,50 per person per night has to be paied in cash, and is not included in the price.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations and/or modifications are FREE OF CHARGE if requested within the terms specified below and should be communicated by e-mail.
Cancellations/modifications are free within 5 days before the arrival date.
For no/show or late cancellation the 1st night amount will be charged as penalty fee.
