Covid Safety information
The health and safety of our guests is very important to us and we have implemented actions to make our rooms and common spaces safe, including: -
-We sanitise all rooms using ozone -
-We have introduced screens in the common areas and the reception -
-Hand sanitiser is available -
-Beddings are sanitised using specific products and washed at high temperature
Staff will be wearing masks and we also require all guests and visitors to wear face coverings in our communal spaces (unless eating or drinking) and abide by social distancing measures.
Arrivals and departures:
The reception is open from 8.00 to 19.00
The arrival time is from 2pm to 7pm
Late check-in is available as self check-in
On the day of arrival the rooms are available from 2.00 pm but it is possible to leave your bags in our deposit if you arrive before check-in time.
On the day of departure you can use the rooms until 10:30, but if you want to stay longer in Florence you can leave your luggage again in our storage for free.
Breakfast:
Breakfast is included in the room rate.
Pets Allowed
Small pets are allowed by prior agreement with the management and for an extra fee (€10). This is to cover the sanitisation costs.
Payment Information:
Rates are in Euro per Room. The "City Tax" of Euro 6,00 per Person per Night is Not Included in the Room Rate and paid directly to the Hotel in Cash.
Credit card is required only as guarantee your reservation.
No charges are made before your arrival.
Payment will be done at the moment of departure. You'll pay in advance only if you'll book a Prepaid Not Refundable room.
Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
For reservations of small groups, 5 or more nights and for particular periods the management reserves the right to require advance payment of a deposit to guarantee your booking and provide a cancellation policy different than the default which will be communicated at the moment of the reservation.
