Check In Time
It is possible to check in from 2.00 pm to 7:00 pm
In the event that it is expected to arrive after this time it is necessary to communicate it in advance.
Otherwise the presence of the reception staff can not be guaranteed.

Rates are in Euro per Room. The "City Tax" of Euro 6,00 per Person per Night is Not Included in the Room Rate and paid directly to the Hotel in Cash.

Credit card is required only as guarantee your reservation.
No charges are made before your arrival.

Payment will be done at the moment of departure. You'll pay in advance only if you'll book a Prepaid Not Refundable room.

Cancellation Policy: 

Cancellations and/or modifications are FREE OF CHARGE if requested within the terms specified (3 days before the arrival date) and should be comunicated by e-mail at info@hoteldelledetel.it otherwise you'll be charged of the amount of 1 night.

For no show or late cancellation the 1st night amount will be charged as penalty fee.

For reservations of small groups, 5 or more nights and for particular periods the management reserves the right to require advance payment of a deposit to guarantee your booking and provide a cancellation policy different than the default which will be communicated at the moment of the reservation.
