Reservation Policy: Rates are in euro per apartments per night taxes and service included. In order to confirm the reservation is required the deposit payment of 50% of the total price of your stay by bank transfer or credit card. The details for the deposit payment will be notified via e-mail by booking confirmation. The total amount will pay in full at your arrival. The city tax of € 1 per person per night is not included and will be added to room bill to be paid in cash (for a maximum of 7 nights; free for children < 12 y.o.). The reservation must be always confirmed by Residence Casa Italia.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation is free if required 20 days before arrival date (except for july and august) Cancellations must be received in writing only way to firstname.lastname@example.org Forlate arrivals or early departures will not be refunded the amount of the reservation. If you want to change the apartment booked for reasons that are not caused by obvious problems in the structure, is required a supplement of 150,00 EUR. At arrival is required a deposit of € 100,00 in cash. This will be returned the day of your departure if no damage has occurred. Hours: Check in: from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM - Check out: within 9:00 AM
Small Pets: Small pets are allowed upon request. Inside the residence there are dedicated areas where you can leave them free, in common areas they must be kept on a leash (required by Italian law).
