ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE:

Check In is from 1pm to 8pm. Other times on request.
An extra cost of 10€ is due for check in after 8pm and until midnight. After midnight check in is not available

VERY IMPORTANT: IT IS NECESSARY TO COMMUNICATE THE APPROXIMATE TIME OF CHECK IN AT LEAST THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL (via email, telephone, sms or WhatsApp).

Check out is by 10.30am

On the day of arrival the rooms will be available starting from 1pm. However it is possible to arrive earlier and deposit your luggage for free.

On the day of departure the rooms must be cleared by 10.30am, it is also possible to deposit your luggage for free. The collection must be agreed with the Management.

PAYMENT INFORMATION:

All prices are per room per night.

Payment of the room must be made with credit card or bank transfer within one week before arrival..
Credit card details are also required to guarantee your reservation while booking.
For stays longer than 10 days a deposit of 30% is required when booking

The city tax of  € 5,50 per person per night is not included in the price and must be paid directly upon arrival, only cash (children up to 12 years are exempted).

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations of stays witin two weeks are free up to 7 days before the arrival date.
For cancellations made in less than 7 days and more than 24 hours before the day of arrival, the 50% of the total amount will be charged (minimum one nigh). For stays of over 10 days in case of cancellation within one month before arrival the deposit will be carged. For all stays, in case of no-show or cancellation on the day of arrival, the amount of the entire stay will be charged.
