Reservation Policy:
The city tax of  5,5  € per person per night is not included and will be added to room bill to be paid in cash.
In order to guarantee the reservation we require a credit card.
Any SMS message relating to a request for authorization on your credit card does not refer to a charge
but simply to verify the amount for a limited period to guarantee your reservation.
This amount will be released automatically after a variable period of time depending the bank services used.
Breakfast is not included and can be requested on arrival will be served in Bar Finisterrae  of Santa Croce Square at the price 4 € per person . In the B&B you can enjoy coffee, cappuccino, tea, chocolate  for free.

Pets are not allowed.

All rooms and common areas are sanitized following the National guidelines . 

Cancellation Policy:
To cancel your reservation please send an e-mail message to info@blunottefirenze.com
If cancelled up to 3 days before the arrival date no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later the amount of the 1st night will be charged as penalty fee. In case of no show the amount of the 1st night will be charged as penalty fee.
For the Not refundable rate (book Now and Pay Now) the  full amount is charged at the moment of the reservation and it's not refundable.

For reservations for 5 nights and more or 2 rooms and more the cancellation must be required 15 days befor the arrival date .For particular periods like Easter and New Year's Eve to guarantee the reservation is required to pay a deposit of 50% of the total.In case of cancellation the deposit will be refund only within 15 days before the arrival date.

In case of NO SHOW  the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Kindly tell us your arrival time (even approximately) by email to info@blunottefirenze.com or via  SMS at no.  +393382018299    The reception is  open from 9am  to 7 pm , it is still important to let us know your arrival time to avoid unnecessary wating .  The rooms are ready at 1 PM.  Please note that reception closes at 19:00. If you expect to arrive outside check-in hours, please inform the property in advance. Check-in outside reception opening hours is only possible by prior arrangement.
