Reservation Policy:
Rates are in euro per room per night taxes and service included.
Credit card is required for guaranting your reservation. The property reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card before arrival, requesting the pre-authorization to the circuit of belonging or with a charge of the first night The balance can be paid at the reception

The city tax of € 5,50 per person per night is not included and will be added to the room bill to be paid in cash. 

Check in from 14,00  to 18,00 - Check out until 10,30

Late checkin and late check out

Arrivals after 6pm and departures after 10.30am must be requested and authorized by the Management

IMPORTANT INFORMATION  The B&B de BIffi is located in Via de' Pucci n. 11 on second floor with elevator

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations and/or modifications are FREE OF CHARGE if requested within the terms specified below and should be communicated by e-mail info@bbfirenzedebiffi.com or  info@residenzalefonticine.it
Cancellations/modifications are accepted within 72 hours prior 12 am of the arrival date.
For late cancellation  the full  amount will be charged as penalty fee.

In case of "no show", the full amount of the reserved stay will be charged.

ATTENTION: In case of cancellation or modification of a reservation signed under the "NOT REFUNDABLE" condition, the full amount of the reserved stay will be charged.

For not refundable rates your credit card details will be used to process the payment for the reservation at the time of booking.
