Booking: In order to confirm the reservation a 30% deposit is requested through credit card number, postal order, bank transfer or post pay. The remaining balance has to be settled when the keys of the apartment are delivered. The meeting point with our appointee is our Trattoria Da Garibardi, Piazza del Mercato Centrale 38/r, if the apartment is not ready, luggage can be left in our office right in front of the Trattoria in Borgo la Noce 19/r. The keys will be delivered from 3:00pm to 7:00pm on the arrival date ; exceptions on request. The apartment needs to be vacated no later than 10 am. Departure time has to be scheduled as our appointee needs to control the apartment. It is requested to contact us few days before arrival in order to set the meeting time. Cancellation Policy: From reservation date to 30 days before arrival: No penalty From 30 days to 7 days before arrival: penalty 30% From 6 days to arrival day: penalty 100% The reservation must be confirmed by Florence Apartments Central.
